Kelly moved to Canberra in 2011 after many years working on thoroughbred studs. She has worked around Australia and overseas in the US as a yearling supervisor, broodmare foreman and stud vet nurse.

Kelly has varied experience in the equine world, from dressage and eventing to training movie horses. Her love of harness horses has seen her work with hackneys at Sydney Royal and groom on Australian champion combined driving teams. With her extensive equine background, Kelly can be relied upon to help settle our patients who are a little nervous about being in hospital.

Kelly enjoys the challenges and opportunities that come with working at CEH and is happy to chat to you about all areas of equine!

Stella is Kelly’s red cattle dog, they enjoy long walks and are great Dog Agility partners.
